Lydia Bailey
Research Scientist
Lydia Bailey is a Research Scientist at Carbon Solutions specializing in subsurface energy projects and carbon sequestration. At Carbon Solutions, Lydia focuses on collecting and assessing subsurface geological data to develop an extensive geodatabase. She identifies key parameters for estimating CO2 storativity in various geological environments, contributing to the company’s innovative approaches in carbon management and environmental sustainability.
Prior to joining Carbon Solutions, Lydia served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University, where she investigated subsurface fluid flow and fault dynamics. Her comprehensive background in geoscience and hydrology showcases her capability to lead innovative research and mentor future scientists.
